On May 13, 2024, Infinera Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, which is also posted on the Investor Relations section of its website (www.infinera.com), with a summary of key financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 30, 2023. A copy of the summary of key financial results is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
