Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 27, 2025, Julie A. Schertell, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Ingersoll Rand Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Board of her intention to resign as a member of the Board and as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Sustainability Committee of the Board., effective on March 27, 2025. The resignation of Ms. Schertell was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management, or any other member of the Board.
