Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 3, 2023, Ingredion Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s condensed consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Company’s Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference. The Company will conduct a conference call Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. CT to discuss the first quarter financial results.
