Item 8.01			Other Events.

On June 13, 2024, INNOVATE Corp. announced that its virtual annual meeting of stockholders, scheduled for June 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. ET, was convened and adjourned, without any business being conducted, due to technical difficulties with the third-party hosting site. The meeting will be reconvened at Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 12:00 noon.

INNOVATE stockholders will be able to attend, vote their shares, and submit their questions during the virtual annual meeting via live audio webcast at https://meetnow.global/MKNZZW5.
