Two Acquisitions Add Over $16 Million of Annual Revenue

Installed Building Products, Inc. (the "Company" or "IBP") (NYSE:IBP), an industry-leading installer of insulation and complementary building products, today announced the acquisition of Echols Glass & Mirror, Inc. ("Echols") and Vanderkoy Bros, LLC ("Vanderkoy"). Together, these acquisitions continue to expand IBP's geographic presence with well-run businesses across the U.S. and further diversify its revenue and cash flows in attractive building product categories.

Headquartered in Buford, Georgia, Echols operates a value-added wholesale glass design and fabrication division and a retail sales and installation business. Echols offers a high level of service and craftsmanship across a diverse mix of products including specialty glass, mirrors, custom closets, bath hardware, and other complementary interior home products primarily to residential customers throughout the Southeastern U.S.

Vanderkoy is based in Wausau, Wisconsin and focuses on the installation of drywall and metal stud framing across a balanced mix of commercial and residential end markets throughout Wisconsin. Vanderkoy is focused on newly constructed development projects with some exposure to existing building repair and retrofit work.
