On April 18, 2024, Justin B. Wender, a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of International Money Express, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intention to resign from the Board, effective June 21, 2024. Mr. Wender’s decision was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Wender for his dedicated Board service.
