Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 31, 2022, Luz Berg resigned as the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Secretary of Iveda Solutions, Inc (the “Company”). Ms. Berg advised the Company that her resignation was for personal reasons.

The Board of Directors has appointed Robert J Brilon, its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, as the Corporate Secretary as of December 31, 2022.
