Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 31, 2023, Sid Sung resigned as the President of Iveda Solutions, Inc (the “Company”). Mr. Sung advised the Company that his resignation was for personal reasons.

The Board of Directors has appointed David Ly, its Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer as the President as of December 31, 2023.
