Jackson Financial Inc.¹ (Jackson^®) announced its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.80 per share of common stock (NYSE:JXN) for the first quarter of 2025, reflecting a 14% increase over the first quarter 2024 dividend level. This is the fourth consecutive increase to the dividend since becoming an independent company. The dividend on the common stock will be payable on March 20, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2025.

The Company also announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.50 per depositary share (NYSE:JXN), each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a share of Fixed-Rate Reset Noncumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2025.
