Jackson Financial Inc.¹ (Jackson^®) announced its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.90 per share of common stock (NYSE:JXN) for the second quarter of 2026. The dividend on the common stock will be payable on June 25, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 11, 2026.

The Company also announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.50 per depositary share (NYSE:JXN), each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a share of Fixed-Rate Reset Noncumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 11, 2026.
