("Kaltura"), the video experience cloud, today announced the underwriters of the previously announced and closed initial public offering of shares of Kaltura's common stock have fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 2,250,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price of $10.00 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions. After giving effect to the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares, Kaltura has issued a total of 17,250,000 shares of common stock in the initial public offering for gross proceeds of $172,500,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and BofA Securities served as lead book-running managers for the offering. Wells Fargo Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities served as book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity, JMP Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Needham & Company and Oppenheimer & Co. served as co-managers for the offering.
