Item 5.02.			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 19, 2023, Gary Hultquist notified Kinder Morgan, Inc. (“KMI”) that he will retire from the Company’s Board of Directors effective October 31, 2023. Mr. Hultquist’s decision to retire is not due to any disagreement with KMI.
