Explanation of Responses:

1. This amount includes 24.5217 ESOP Stock Repurchase shares and 0.2615 ESOP Whole Share Reshuffle fractional share to Mr. Kirtley's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The ESOP merged into the Peoples Security Bank 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan effective October 15, 2025.

2. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of PFIS common stock.

3. The restricted stock units vest in three equal annual installments beginning March 11, 2026.

4. The restricted stock units vest in five equal annual installments beginning August 29, 2026.
