New Field Brief Maps Every Human Role in the Force, On the Watch and Behind It, from the First Verified Alert to the Last Person on the Ground

Knightscope, Inc. (NASDAQ:KSCP), the security technology company building the nation’s first Autonomous Security Force, today published "Human Capabilities," the fifth field brief in its series, as the Force makes its live debut at GSX 2026, the Global Security Exchange, Booth #3905, September 14-16, 2026, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. The Field Brief makes the case that a human layer scattered across vendors is broken and shows what an accountable team looks like instead. Its premise is direct: machines see everything and decide nothing; software orchestrates what matters; and the human layer is the judgment on top of both, consisting of licensed, vetted, continuously trained people who own Levels 4 through 7 of the ASF-7 model.

In the standard security program, humans are scattered across vendors: guards from a staffing firm, monitoring from an outsourced call center, and technicians from whoever holds the maintenance contract. Each is accountable to a different company, and none is accountable for the outcome. Mission Reliability Specialists close the technical loop from field anomaly to engineering fix, and Mission Service Technicians keep their hands on the machines, handling deployment, maintenance, and repair, held to the same standard as any agent on post.
