Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 27, 2025, Kodiak Sciences Inc. (the “Company”) published a press release reporting the Company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024 and business highlights. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
