On November 3, 2021, Mark A. Blinn provided the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Kraton Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), his written resignation as a member of the Board effective immediately, due to the expected demands of him resulting from his recent appointment to serve as a director of a publicly listed company with an anticipated start date in November 2021. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company, its management, the Board or any committee of the Board.
