Known for their fearless commitment to sharing their love of authentic boba with the world, Kung Fu Tea turned to Toast as a proven platform that could meet its technical enterprise requirements, with the people power to support Kung Fu Tea’s complex network of franchise locations. To keep lines moving and tea flowing into the hands of their guests, Kung Fu Tea will leverage Toast Flex 3 terminals with a Guest Facing Display (GFD), in addition to Toast Payment Processing. Select locations will also introduce Toast Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) to sync front-of-house ordering directly with back-of-house beverage assembly, helping to maximize efficiency and cut down on wait times.
