("Lake Shore Bancorp") (NASDAQ:LSBK), the holding company for Lake Shore Bank (the "Bank"), announced today that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share on its outstanding common stock on October 22, 2025. The dividend is expected to be paid on November 12, 2025 to stockholders of record as of November 3, 2025.
