1. The purchases reported herein were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 plan adopted by the Reporting Person on August 7, 2026.

2. Includes 124,740,601 shares held of record by the Reporting Person and 33,271 shares held of record by Nissay Asset Management Corporation, a direct wholly owned subsidiary of the Reporting Person, which the Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $34.13 to $34.93, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth herein.
