1. The sales reported on this Form 4 represent shares sold by the reporting person on December 18, 2025, in the open market.

The price reported is the approximate weighted average at which the shares were sold. 690,611 shares were sold on December 18, 2025, in multiple transactions at prices ranging from approximately $1.35 to $1.40. The reporting person undertakes to provide the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within. Upon completion of the sale, the Reporting Person is no longer a 10% owner of the Issuer's shares.
