Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person sold 100,000 shares to Paysign, Inc. (the "Company") as a part of the Company's stock buyback program. The shares were sold at a purchase price per share equal to ninety percent (90%) of the volume-weighted average price of the Company's common stock listed on the Nasdaq Global Market for the ten (10) trading days ending on July 15, 2024.
