Quarterly Cash Dividend Payment Increased 4.8% Year-over-Year

LCNB Corp. (NASDAQ:LCNB) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per common share which is a 4.8% increase over the same period last year. The common stock cash dividend will have a record date of December 1, 2023, and is payable to shareholders on December 15, 2023.

With the increase in our 2023 fourth quarter dividend, LCNB has grown its annual cash dividend for six consecutive years. As a result, our annual dividend has increased 32.8% from $0.64 per share in 2017 to $0.85 per share in 2023. In addition, since 1998, our annual dividend has increased at a compound annual growth rate of 3.5%, reflecting LCNB's legacy of strong operating and financial results, as well as our continued commitment to return capital to shareholders."
