("Glass Lewis") has recommended that LivePerson stockholders vote "FOR" the Company's proposed transaction with SoundHound AI, Inc. (NASDAQ:SOUN) ahead of the upcoming Special Meeting of Stockholders on August 20, 2026. In addition, Glass Lewis has recommended that LivePerson stockholders vote "FOR" the proposals related to the proposed transaction.
