Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 30, 2024, Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Greg Maffei, Chairman, President and CEO of the Company, will be presenting at the MoffettNathanson Media, Internet & Communications Conference on Tuesday, May 14th at 3:00 p.m. E.T. in New York City. During his presentation, Mr. Maffei may make observations regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook, as well as other forward looking matters.
