Item 8.01			Other Events.

On January 18, 2023, LifeVantage Corporation announced the adoption of a new Compensation Plan for its independent distributors, which will become effective March 1, 2023 in its United States, Australia, New Zealand and Japan markets. These initiatives are planned to roll out to other markets where LifeVantage products are sold and distributed over the next 12 months.
