Lifeway Foods, Inc. (“Lifeway”) intends to hold its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) later in 2022. Additional information regarding the Annual Meeting will be made available in the definitive proxy statement that Lifeway will file in due course.
