ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On November 1, 2022, the Board of Directors of Limestone Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a $0.05 per common share cash dividend. The dividend is payable on December 5, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 16, 2022. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing this quarterly cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
