Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 27, 2024, LivePerson, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Chief Product & Technology Officer, Alex Kroman, has decided to depart from the Company, effective December 31, 2024. Until his departure, among his regular duties, Mr. Kroman will work with the Company’s senior technology leadership to effect a seamless and orderly transition. The Company currently expects to identify and appoint a successor externally.
