(b) Departure of Chief Financial Officer

On March 17, 2024, Logitech International S.A. (the “Company” or “Logitech”) announced that Charles Boynton has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and as a member of its Group Management Team effective May 17, 2024, to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Boynton’s departure is not due to any disagreement on any matter relating to Logitech’s operations, policies or practices. The Company is conducting a process to identify his successor, looking at both internal and external candidates.
