Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Departure of Director

On September 16, 2022, Erica J. Rogers, a Class II director of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Lucira Health, Inc. (the “Company”), provided notice of her resignation as a member of the Board and all committees thereof, effective immediately. Ms. Rogers’s resignation was not the result of a disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. Ms. Rogers served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board (the “Audit Committee”) and the Compensation Committee of the Board.

In connection with and effective September 16, 2022, and following Ms. Rogers’s resignation, the Board appointed Alison McCauley, currently serving as an independent director of the Company, to the Audit Committee.
