On May 5, 2022, Lumos Pharma, Inc. issued a press release titled "Lumos Pharma Announces a Clinical

Collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) to Evaluate Oral LUM-201 in Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) in a Phase 2 Investigator-Initiated Trial."
