On December 5, 2024, Jeffrey Webb resigned voluntarily from our board of directors. Giving effect to this departure, our current board is comprised of Elan Blutinger, Leonard Toboroff, Kim Schaefer, Aimee Nelson, and Alex Lombardo, all of whom are independent directors.
