On April 19, 2023, M-Tron Industries, Inc. (the "Company", or “MtronPTI”) issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing that an investor presentation via live webcast hosted by members of the MtronPTI management team will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.

The presentation will begin at 9:00 am Eastern Time (U.S. and Canada) on May 2, 2023 and can be accessed live here: https://events.q4inc.com/attendee/683231902.
