On August 16, 2021, The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Aspen Equipment, Co. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
