On May 7, 2025, MarketAxess Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On May 7, 2025, the Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend to be paid to the holders of the outstanding shares of capital stock. A cash dividend of $0.76 per share of common stock outstanding will be paid on June 4, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 21, 2025.
