Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a business of Marsh and a leading provider of business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and wealth, and private client insurance solutions across the US and Canada, today announced the acquisition of Hayden Wood Insurance Agency Inc., a Southborough, Massachusetts-based independent agency. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Founded in 1946, Hayden Wood primarily provides personal lines expertise to clients nationally, with a specialty in collector auto and motorsports products. All employees, including President and Owner Morgan Duffy, will join MMA and remain working out of their existing Southborough office.
