New executive role focused on strengthening Masco’s enterprise technology, data and AI capabilities to accelerate innovation, growth and value creation

Masco Corporation (NYSE:MAS) today announced the appointment of Yaron Ben David as Chief Technology and AI Officer, effective September 15, 2026. Ben David will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Jon Nudi and serve as a member of Masco’s Executive Committee.

The newly created role reflects Masco’s continued investment in the capabilities that support growth, innovation, and value creation across its portfolio of industry-leading brands. As technology, data optimization and artificial intelligence become increasingly important to serving customers, unlocking productivity and strengthening competitive advantage, Masco is building on the capabilities that help its businesses innovate, operate effectively and win in their markets.

By bringing enterprise technology, data and AI together under a dedicated Executive Committee leader, the Company strengthens its ability to scale innovation, accelerate capability building, unlock productivity and create greater value across its portfolio of industry-leading brands.

Ben David brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning technology, artificial intelligence, large-scale enterprise transformation, and cybersecurity. He joins Masco from Standard Industries, a global industrial company with approximately $11 billion in annual revenue whose portfolio includes GAF, North America’s leading roofing and waterproofing manufacturer, and W. R. Grace, a leading global supplier of specialty chemicals and materials. As Standard Industries’ Chief Digital Officer, Ben David led enterprise-wide AI, data, cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives across multiple operating companies.

Prior to joining Standard Industries, Ben David had extensive leadership experience serving with the Israel Defense Forces, including senior leadership positions within Unit 8200, the Israel Defense Forces’ intelligence and cyber organization, where technical expertise, advanced computing and innovation are applied to complex intelligence and cybersecurity challenges. In his leadership roles, he led major digital transformation, AI, cloud and data modernization initiatives. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing organizations and applied emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
