PITTSBURGH, Nov. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Matthews International Corporation (NASDAQ GSM: MATW) announced that its Board of Directors declared, at its regularly scheduled meeting today, a dividend of $0.255 per share on the Company's common stock, representing an increase to the Company's quarterly dividend rate.

Joseph C. Bartolacci, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are pleased to announce the 32^nd consecutive increase to the Company's dividend. Our long-term growth strategies and cash generation capacity, which is supported by the strong cash flow of our Memorialization segment and supplemented by the expected cash proceeds from the recently-announced pending sale of the warehouse automation business, were the basis for this increase."

The dividend is payable December 15, 2025 to stockholders of record December 1, 2025.
