2. The amount held reflects an increase in beneficial ownership resulting from an exempt acquisition of common stock under the Shore Bancshares Dividend Reinvestment Plan pursuant to Rule 16a-11.

Securities previously reported as indirectly beneficially owned by the reporting person through her daughter are no longer reported because the reporting person does not have voting or investment control over such securities and therefore does not have beneficial ownership within the meaning of Section 16.
