On November 5, 2024, McEwen Mining Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release summarizing its third quarter and nine-month results for the period ended September 30, 2024 and announcing the quarter-end conference call and webcast to discuss those results. A copy of that press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
