1. The shares reported in Column 4 were sold pursuant to the Reporting Person's 10b5-1 Plan dated December 12, 2024 (the "Plan"). Pursuant to the Plan, an aggregate of up to 160,000 additional shares may be sold if the price of the Issuer's stock reported on the Nasdaq Stock Market reaches certain prices ranging from $9.98 to $19.98.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $4.96 to $5.17, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Silvaco Group, Inc.
