Chief Transformation Officer

On July 18, 2023, Mercury Systems, Inc. (“Mercury” or the “Company”) implemented the planned evolution of the Company’s 1MPACT value creation initiative, embedding the processes and execution of 1MPACT into the Company’s Execution Excellence organization. In 2021, the Company launched 1MPACT to improve organization and operating structure and scale key business functions following several years of acquisition integration and organic growth.

With this consolidation, Thomas Huber, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer, will leave the Company. Mr. Huber will receive severance based on the terms of the Company’s severance benefits agreement for non-CEO executives.
