On August 8, 2026, Mr. Patrick Bombach informed Mobileye Global Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the board of directors (the “Board”), to be effective immediately as of August 8, 2026, in connection with his resignation as Corporate Vice President, Head of Corporate Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Intel Corporation, the Company’s controlling shareholder. Mr. Bombach’s decision to resign from the Board was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
