Appointment of New Director

On August 24, 2022, the Board of Directors of Momentive Global Inc. (the “Company”) formally appointed Lauren Antonoff to serve as a Class II director of the Company, effective August 24, 2022, which commitment was previously disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 4, 2022 by the Company.
