Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Appointment of Officer

On September 30, 2022, Momentive Global Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Alexander Lurie as its interim Chief Financial Officer. The Company previously announced the departure of Justin Coulombe as Chief Financial Officer effective September 30, 2022, and Mr. Lurie will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer while the Company continues its search for a successor to Mr. Coulombe. Mr. Lurie will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer and will not receive any additional compensation for his services as interim Chief Financial Officer.
