(b)	Resignation of President of Moody’s Analytics, Inc.

On August 19, 2025, Stephen Tulenko, the President of Moody’s Analytics, notified Moody’s Corporation (the “Company”), that he is resigning as an officer and employee of the Company effective September 2, 2025 or such earlier date as determined by the Chief Executive Officer.
