Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 6, 2026, Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will report its second quarter 2026 financial results, on Thursday August 6, 2026, after the market closes. The Company will host an earnings call on Friday August 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
