Morgan Stanley is deeply saddened to learn that Alistair Darling passed away on November 30, 2023. Mr. Darling had been a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Morgan Stanley since 2016, and was a member of both the Audit Committee and Risk Committee of the Board.
