MotorK PLC (AMS: MTRK) ("MotorK", the "Group" or the "Company"), a leading SaaS provider to the automotive retail industry in the EMEA region, today announced the appointment of Federico Lozano, Head of FP&A, as Group CFO.

Mr Lozano is promoted from Head of FP&A, a role he has held since 2025. He joined MotorK in early 2023 from MercadoLibre (NASDAQ:MELI), Latin America's largest eCommerce and fintech group, where he focused on financial planning for the online payments and insurtech businesses. At MotorK he was central to building the Group's financial planning and analysis capability, including tools, processes and team, and led Revenue Operations alongside it as principal finance partner to the commercial organisation on sales performance and commission governance. Together, that work has been instrumental in driving MotorK's progress towards profitable growth. As Group CFO, he will lead the Finance organisation with responsibility for financial planning and reporting, accounting, treasury and order to cash. He succeeds Zoltán Gelencsér, who was appointed interim CEO of the Group last June.
