Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 15, 2022, MRC Global Inc. (“MRC Global” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2022 financial results on Monday, February 13, 2023 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, to discuss the results for the quarter and the year. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
